• Misuse of the platform or the content generated is prohibited, including but not limited to misleading advertising or copyright infringement.

• The AI-generated videos are provided for your use under a non-exclusive license.
• You retain ownership of the MLS data you provide, but the AI-generated content remains the intellectual property of SnapList.
• You are granted a license to use the videos solely for promotional and professional purposes related to real estate listings.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

• The platform processes the data you provide to generate videos. This data will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

5. Accuracy and Liability

• While we strive for accuracy in our AI-generated videos, we do not guarantee error-free results or suitability for your specific purposes.
• You are responsible for reviewing the content for accuracy before use.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to create content that violates any laws or regulations.
• Share your account credentials or permit unauthorized access.
• Engage in reverse-engineering or attempting to replicate the platform’s functionality.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without prior notice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapList from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or the content generated.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapList is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

11. Changes to Terms
